Roasting

As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is easy on the palate and softens into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa sourced from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew while Africa provides citrus notes to balance. The result is a cup that is delicious on its own, with cake or milk chocolate.  1kg coffee beans  is a great match with lemon drizzle cakes and vanilla sponges.

We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee. Preheating your vessel by adding some water that is just boiling will keep it warm. After making the coffee, let it steep for four minutes. This will ensure that the grounds are fully saturated and not over-extracted. The water is then pushed through the grounds with the plunger, but do not stir or agitate the coffee, as this can lead to unpleasant elements in your cup.

Strength - 3, easy and easy to follow, perfect for weekend relaxing.

Stores

Lazy Sunday is a smoky light roast with an uplifting scent of cocoa and citrus. It has a silky mouth feel that caresses the palette. The cocoa-like notes can be traced back to a winters afternoon spent on the couch with an enjoyable book and a hug from the family. To brew the coffee first pre heat your French Press with off boil water. This is recommended to prevent the coffee from extracting too much and creating unwanted elements in your drink. Then add your grounds and 250ml of water that has been taken off the boil. Then let it sit for 4 minutes before letting it plunge and then enjoy.
